Allowed Mileage
The number of kilometers included in the rental is specified in the contract, depending on the package agreed upon by both parties (e.g., 200 km/day or unlimited mileage).
If the rental is based on limited mileage, the renter must not exceed the agreed distance.
Excess Mileage
In the event of exceeding the allowed mileage, an additional charge will apply for every extra kilometer, according to the company’s rate (e.g., 1.5 MAD/km).
The mileage is calculated based on the odometer reading at the beginning and end of the rental period.
Odometer Tampering
Any tampering with or disabling of the odometer is strictly prohibited.
If such manipulation is discovered, the contract will be considered void, and the renter will be held financially liable. Legal action may also be taken.
